Massage really is great  for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension especially after a good workout.

Just 10 minutes can reduce inflammation, which can help your body recover much quicker so that you can always give it your all.

Here are some of my favorite massages!

  • Swedish massage, This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize your mind and body..

  • Deep tissue massage,  technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, mostly  to help with muscle damage from injuries.

  • Sports massage, seems similar to Swedish massage, with a quicker rythem  that's  geared toward athletes before, during, or after a sports or training event or activities to help prevent or treat injuries.

  • Trigger point massage, focuses on areas of tight muscle fibers that can form in your muscles after injuries or overuse, as well as to help the build up in lactic acid found in the muscles.
